Suegnet Albrecht

Suegnet Albrecht completed her LLB degree at the University of Johannesburg in 2010, marking the beginning of her remarkable legal journey. Throughout her articles, she gained invaluable experience in Civil litigation and property law. In addition, Suegnet embarked on a lecturing journey for the South African School of Paralegal Studies, where she delivered comprehensive lectures on a wide range of subjects including business law, debt collection, criminal law, wills and estates, civil litigation, and property law, as well as Conveyancing. Furthermore, she accumulated extensive experience in the realm of training and served as a co-developer in the Paralegal Schools’ Conveyancing course. In 2013, Suegnet was admitted as an attorney and subsequently joined Hannes Gouws and Partners Inc., an esteemed firm situated in Pretoria, where she was exposed to deeds and notarial practice more intensively in the Conveyancing Department for a period of five years, undertaking various responsibilities such as registering residential and commercial property transfers, mortgage bond registrations, bond cancellations, drafting agreements of sale, engaging in land consolidation and subdivisions, overseeing township registrations, handling cessions, as well as preparing and registering diverse applications and consents. Having been admitted as a Conveyancer in 2017, Suegnet embarked on an independent practice until 2023. However, in March 2023, she assumed the esteemed role of head of the Conveyancing Department at Lacante Henn Inc., where she currently spearheads all matters related to conveyancing with utmost proficiency and diligence.
