After the finalisation of the funeral arrangements the Estate Late must be reported to the Master of the High Court, in order to obtain a Letters of Executorship/Letters of Authority. Download the document below, and gather the documentation as listed.

Download the application form above We shall have an invoice sent to you via e-mail
Payment can be made electronically to our account as indicated on the invoice
After confirmation of payment we will send the completed will to you
You keep an original copy of the will and an original copy will be held at Sa Estate Admin held for safekeeping

We shall have an invoice sent to you via e-mail Payment can be made electronically to our account as indicated on the invoice After confirmation of payment we will send the completed documents to you. We shall discuss the sighing of the documents with you via e-mail We shall deliver the Letter of Authority and Trust Deed to you after registration with the Master of the High Court
